Eye yoga: simple exercises to improve your eyesight

Lifestyle changes over the centuries have caused many changes to our bodies. Here is a list of simple, quick exercises that can be done at any time of the day:

Blinking: This lubricates and cleans the eye, the blinking occurs spontaneously around every 7 seconds but this frequency decreases significantly when you fix a device, do it several times quickly.

Near-far alternation: Put an object about twenty centimeters from your eyes and fix it then look at another more distant object, come back to the initial object and repeat this movement several times gently, it will get used to your eyes to alternate between near and far vision.

Drawing shapes: Imagine shapes that go from the floor to the ceiling and try to make the outlines with ith eyes without moving your head, this exercise will work your oculomotor muscles.

Simply rest your eyes while meditating and breathing deeply, the eyes deteriorate quickly if the resting phase (sleep, inactivity ) lasts less than their useful life.
